I read your entry about free seeds for ideas. I am always interested in adding to my garden so here goes…
I think that it would be great if you put together a salad garden kit for folks that must container garden. Include lettuce, short carrots, cucumber, tomato…with simple instructions, dirt, and container. I think with all of the concern now about the economy and the price of groceries a lot of people would be interested in a salad garden.

I work as an EMT at a hospital in FLorida. Many times, we see people die and it is a very uncomfortable feeling as staff members. It would be wonderful if we could give the family a tree, flower or plant to remind the loved ones that are left behind of the LIFE of the person. I’m sure there are many hospitals that would like to do this instead of sending out a un-emotional sympathy card.
PS…I would love free samples to give to patients to make their day!

Your seeds are awesome! I got 2 sensitive plant grow kits and 1 grow your own tree kit, and I loved them! I also like how you put those absorbers in the soil to keep it moist for a good amount of time. I also got some tree kits for a couple friends.

I received a Hanging Strawbery Plant on Mother’s Day from my son and nothing is coming up yet.

I received a flowering hanging basket grow kit for my birthday this past April.The second week of May I planted tte seed in the basket according to the directions.In about two weeks the seed began to sprout.Ikept the seed moist like the instruction stated.Asof today 7-5-2010,there is not any flowers on the plants.Will the flowers bloom later or did I do something wrong? The kit it was suppose to have nine flower varieties.The upc code on the package is (9894294818).
